We've become signage experts due to years of solving the unique challenges our customers confront. This is much more than making a sign colorful and long lived. The real challenges range from sign visibility and vandal proofing to appearing before the local Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) to plead a variance.

In one case an optometrist needed a sign for his business, but because of the local sign ordinance the text would be too small for his customers to read. People in need of glasses require bigger letters and signage they can read from the road while driving at 40 mph, otherwise they become a traffic hazard and a liability to the city. We were able to convince the local ZBA to give our customer a variance for a sign his customers could read, and still fit in with surrounding appearances.

How do you vandal-proof a sign yet build it so that it's not a liability? For a local village government we constructed a welcome sign that can take the abuse dished out by teenagers and yet it's self-destructible, should it be run over by an errant driver.

Many communities have very strict temporary sign ordinances, but we've found by using appropriate building materials combined with outstanding design, photos or architectural renderings, we are able to meet most requirements and give you signage that works.
